Representative Barnes added her name as first cosponsor and                    
Representative Phillips added her name as second cosponsor to:                 
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 50                                                             
"An Act authorizing the Anchorage to Kenai Peninsula and the                  
Healy to Fairbanks power transmission interties and approving the              
design and construction costs of the interties; and providing for an           
effective date."
